Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Conference

NATSIEC provides significant opportunities to bring together a network of key players (both leaders and educators) from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities from across our nation.    

The NATSIEC 2015 conference offered a range of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and a series of different presentations daily, where delegates could choose which of the six options to attend. The event offered a range of cultural opportunities at various significant locations around the Melbourne area.    

Fruitbowl worked with VAEAI (Victorian Aboriginal Education Association Incorporated) to coordinate this landmark event.    

Fruitbowl was engaged to provide the following services; 

• Professional project management, including all necessary reporting and evaluation activities  

• Meeting all travel and accommodation requirements 
  

• Delegate registrations  

• Creation and management of the event website 
  

• Providing and managing key sponsorship opportunities 
  

• Exhibition Management  

• Abstract management and program design  

• Venue coordination (including catering, production schedules)  

• Coordination of all logistical requirements (including all contractors)  

• Coordination of the Gala Dinner and Welcome Reception: Including theming, production and entertainment management.
