Fruitbowl Events Agency was engaged to deliver the Premier’s Multicultural Gala Dinner 2025 at MCEC, Melbourne, welcoming 1,200 government officials and multicultural leaders to celebrate Victoria’s diversity under the theme Harmony in Diversity. 

We managed the event providing, registration management including seating coordination and onsite registration staff, programming including stage and activations, production management, social media management and stakeholder management. Our team coordinated a diverse lineup of multicultural musicians and performances, ensuring seamless transitions and a memorable experience for all guests.

Our team seamlessly managed all aspects of registration, from pre-event online bookings through Humanitix to on-the-day check-in. We coordinated staffing, seating charts, and guest assistance to ensure a smooth arrival experience for over 1,200 attendees.

A highlight of the evening was our Teas & Coffees of the World foyer activation, a bespoke cultural experience that welcomed guests with tasting stations and live demonstrations from 8 countries, reflecting the theme of unity through diversity. 

With full oversight of AV, stage production, and stakeholder liaison, registration management, event staffing, programming including stage and activation area, publicity – social media management and production management, Fruitbowl ensured the event ran flawlessly, receiving praise from government and cultural leaders for its creativity, professionalism, and authentic celebration of Victoria’s multicultural communities.

Managed the full registration lifecycle through Humanitix, including RSVP tracking, seating coordination for 1,200 guests, and delivery of a fully staffed onsite check-in experience.

VIP Management
Coordinated protocol-sensitive VIP logistics, including arrivals, seating, and liaison to ensure a seamless experience for the Premier and senior government officials.

Programming & Activations
Curated and delivered a culturally diverse entertainment program and foyer activation, including the bespoke Teas & Coffees of the World experience featuring demonstrations from eight countries.

AV & Venue Management
Oversaw all AV production and venue logistics at MCEC, coordinating technical suppliers, stage design, lighting, and audiovisual delivery for a high-quality gala experience.

Production Management
Provided end-to-end production oversight, coordinating suppliers, timelines, rehearsals, and onsite execution to ensure the event ran smoothly.

Stakeholder & Government Liaison
Worked closely with government stakeholders and multicultural community representatives to align event programming, messaging, and approvals.
