The Asia-Pacific Regional Conference is a historic bilateral event, bringing together approximately one thousand international delegates to discuss significant industry and policy issues. The conference featured high – level business and political speakers, including the Australian Prime Minister and German President.    

Fruitbowl assisted in the creation of a unique and luxury experience that facilitated the decision-making of world leaders and built relationships between nations.   With a particular focus on the growth in the Asia-Pacific region, the conference offered a comprehensive program with business insights from high profile guests. We assisted in facilitating one-on-one meetings with industry-leading experts in exclusive environments for individual B2B and B2G meetings (Macquarie and BHP business lounges and unique poolside cabana meeting spaces).    

Our planning and process development included risk mitigation and a holistic approach to the client’s needs inline industry trends, resulting in an unparalleled experience for event attendees.
