After two years post-ponement, Starbucks reassembled its diverse leadership community—including Retail Store Managers, District Managers, Store Support Teams, Management, Board Members, and Shareholders—for an energising three-day event. Designed to foster business agenda sharing, strategic planning, and individual performance recognition, the event blended formal educational opportunities with informal networking. The agenda featured an informal dinner and barista championship, an insightful conference with guest speaker Bianca Chatfield, innovative team-building with Pop Choir, and a glamorous Gala Awards Night.
